Erin Ilgen Roe
Erin is a lifelong learner with a passion for new experiences and adventures. Her curiosity and drive to make a difference have lead her to work in over 50 countries, consulting on warehouse and logistic operations, facilitating executive strategy, cultivating brand expansion through public relations and media events, and designing and delivering employee education.
With a bachelors degree in Business Logistics and an MBA with a concentration in Finance and International Business, she has honed her business acumen to improve operations and drive success.
Erin has worked and partnered with associates in every continent except Antarctica. Her global experience, coupled with high emotional intelligence enables her to connect with diverse audiences and communicate effectively to engage and inspire others.

Brent is a seasoned executive with over two decades of international experience in building and optimizing global supply chains. His expertise lies in fostering strong partnerships with vendors and suppliers while driving operational excellence through strategic recruitment, team development, and meticulous planning.
Brent's comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics, coupled with his adeptness in budget management and fiscal accountability, has consistently delivered superior results.
